1.   Access Webmail
 

The Secure Business Email webmail portal can be accessed here: https://webmail.tellihost.com.au

Just log in with your email address and associated username. 

If you can't remember your password you can reset it here by clicking the "Forgot your password" link: https://mail60.telligence.net.au:8443 or follow the FAQ for reset password.

Access Mail and Calendar

Once logged in you can access mail, calendars and other settings from the top navigation bar.

3.   Configure email client software
 

There are many email client options out there for receiving mail.  Officially speaking we only support accessing mail via the webmail portal, however, here's some set up documents for common email clients.

4.   Add Calendar to Email Client
 

You can add any of your calendars by adding the CalDAV Subscription URL to your email client.  To get the CalDAV Subscription URL follow these steps:

  1. Log on to Webmail
  2. Click 
  3. Under My Calendars, click the edit pencil to view the settings 
  4. In the Subsciptions tab you will see a list of URLs.  Copy the URL for CalDAV Subscription URL and add it to your email client.  Check your email client documentation for steps on how to add the calendar URL
  
5.   Go live settings
 

If your DNS is hosted by AusTiger, just let us know you're ready to go live and we will make the required changes. 

If you host your own DNS, please make these changes:

  1. Log in to your domain management console
  2. Remove any MX records for your old service
  3. Add primary mail record: @    IN    MX     10    mail60.telligence.net.au.
  4. Add secondary mail record: @    IN    MX     50    blacksmiths.telligence.net.au.
  5. Add SPF record: @    IN    TXT     "v=spf1 a mx include:_spf.telligence.net.au ~all"
  6. Save changes

Please allow 8-24hrs for the DNS changes to take effect.  If you prefer, we can host your DNS, so please contact our team if this is preferable.
