Just log in with your email address and associated username.

If you can't remember your password you can reset it here by clicking the "Forgot your password" link: or follow the FAQ for reset password.

2.   Forgot email password

To reset a forgotten email account password, follow the FAQ here: Forgot customer account or email password

3.   Configure email client software

There are many email client options out there for receiving mail.  Officially speaking we only support accessing mail via the webmail portal, however, here's some set up documents for common email clients.

Microsoft Outlook 2013

Apple Mac Mail

Apple iPhone/iPad

Andoid Phone/Tablet

4.   Go live settings

To go live you will need to point your DNS mail records "MX" to our mail servers.  Here's the steps:

  1. Log in to your domain management console
  2. Remove any MX records for your old service
  3. Add primary mail record: @    IN    MX     10
  4. Add secondary mail record: @    IN    MX     50
  5. Save changes

Please allow 8-24hrs for the DNS changes to take effect.  If you prefer, we can host your DNS, so please contact our team if this is preferable.
